To break the stigma of Mental Health and to be a safe place to hold space* for our Seacoast community and for those who travel in to try new fun ways to express themselves and tap their inner child through art and motion!
*To hold space means to be fully present with someone for them to feel seen, heard, and understood with no judgment. —to be clear we are a space that doesn’t tolerate hate / racism / sexism/ discrimination
