Vent was created during Covid so our space is built for 1 group at a time as we focus on private activity sessions that promote self expression, stress relief, and bringing out our inner child!
During your session you and the Vent Hosts are the only people on-site to truly give you the space to vent freely without the worry of judgement!

To help break the stigma of Mental Health and to be a safe place to hold space* for our Seacoast community and for those who travel in to try new fun ways to express themselves and tap into their inner child through art and motion!
*To hold space means to be fully present with someone for them to feel seen, heard, and understood with no judgment. —To be VERY clear we are a space that doesn’t tolerate entitlement / hate / racism / sexism/ discrimination — This also means we won’t let you step all over us — WE are a very small business operation and OUR boundaries and policies matter too and we deserve for you to respect our time and effort to be available to the public — Thank you <3333
