Scheduling policy

 
  • Vent LLC uses an online booking system BUT we are able to assist with booking group sizes that exceed session room capacity (6 people max in a room at a time). If you book a larger group session over the phone/email you have 24 hours to complete payment after receiving your email confirmation. If payment is not completed your reserved session will be removed to allow others to place bookings.

    To complete payment simply find and open your confirmation email then click on the ‘payments’ button.

    PAYMENTS:

    1) All sessions must be paid at the minimum requirement to receive full service requested (indicated under the booking descriptions for each session type).

    2) Any necessary payments due on the day of your session/event will be at a higher rate (each rate is indicated under the booking descriptions for each session type).

    3) Any payments previously made for a session that exceeds the number of attending participants will be used only as a day of in-shop credit. Unless given at least a 24 hr notice, payments then can be rolled into a gift certificate. This is exempted from event/party bookings.

  • A courtesy 1 time reschedule is allowed with a minimum of a 24 hour notice before the booked session. A gift certificate can be obtained instead of a reschedule as to allow a re-booking at your leisure. Please make request by replying through your confirmation email.

    Any other reschedules after the 1st courtesy reschedule will result in a 50% re-booking fee off the BASE booking price (varies depending on session type).

    Day of reschedule requests are a 100% rescheduling fee from the BASE booking price (varies depending on session type).

    ALL SESSIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE!!!!!!! IF YOU COMMIT TO PAY FOR A BOOKING SLOT THEN WE COMMIT TO PAY OUR STAFF TO BE THERE AND PROVIDE YOU A SERVICE!

    PLEASE RESPECT THAT WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND CANNOT KEEP OUR DOORS OPEN IF YOU DON’T RESPECT THE BOOKING BOUNDARIES WE SO CLEARLY STATE DURING THE TIME YOU ARE BOOKING. THANK YOU <3

  • If you simply do not show up for a session you will not be allowed to reschedule and your payment will be lost.

    If you show up HALF WAY or later through your booked session we cannot provide you a proper service with the remaining time and you will be considered a NO-SHOW, and you will not be able to reschedule.

    UNLESS there is an open slot direcrly after your session you may be allowed to ‘recover’ your session by paying for the extra time needed to participate in your session ($25 for every necessary 15 mins)..

WHAT IS VENT?

Vent is a private boutique activity space and event lounge focusing on self expression!

We offer 2 ‘Expression Rooms’ as spaces to vent out and express ourselves in an exciting new way!

SMASH and SPLATTER are our featured Expression Rooms.

SMASH is a rage room that offers an experience to let loose and put all our emotions into breaking glass and ceramic items in a safe environment.

SPLATTER is an artistic action painting activity that offers an experience with friends and family to be creative and silly while throwing paint on various canvases.

How old do you have to be to participate or be in the smash room? Do I need to present an ID?

18 years and older, period. YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ID to sign our smash room waiver. An ID can be a non-driver’s license, military license, passport, or any other form of ID that verifies your full name and date of birth.

Can we bring in our own smash items (aka smashables)?

YES!!! We encourage you to bring along any smash items you’d like to add to your session! and its FREEE! BUT we do have a guideline on what items you bring. Please click here for the list of approved items and guidelines.

Are there age requirements for the paint splatter activity?

We recommend 5 years and older. Under 5 years old be prepared to assist step by step in the activity. Anyone under the age of 12 needs a PAID guardian participating in the splatter room.


How many people can go into 1 session at a time?

Each of our session rooms (smash / splatter) holds up to a max of 6 people IN YOUR GROUP at a time.

Can we have a group larger than 6 come in to do a session?

YES… and once you are over 6 participants you are recommended to book as a PARTY GROUP at a flat rate of $825 for up to 12 people or with the $600 add-on for up to 24 spots/people.

How long is a session?

Each session type we offer is different!! Average 1 hour stay, most people are in the session rooms for 30 mins. REFERENCE BOOKING PAGE AS EACH OPTION GIVES YOU A TIMELINE IN THE DESCRIPTION!

How long can we be active in-room for a session?

It does depend on how long your session type timeframe is.. for an example SMASH is a 1 hour stay and we use that time to get you to sign waivers and gear up so we make sure to reserve at least 30 mins for your in-room activity BUT if you get your waivers done quickly and gear up promptly you can get yourself up to 45 mins in-room. Show up on time and get down to business! REFERENCE EACH SESSION TYPE!

How far out in advance can I book?

We allow out to 60 days in advance to place a booking/session. This availability is shown on our calendar when placing a booking through our online system.

Can we watch people participate in their session while we are in the lounge?

We focus on private sessions so we do not have any viewing windows. BUT SOMETHING NEW IS COMING FOR FEB 2025!

Can we bring in snacks/food and beverages into the lounge?

YES!! BUT only if you are reserving the lounge for a party (this costs money!). Our lounge has a small table set up for finger foods/handhelds to be set out for your enjoyment.


Can we bring alcohol into the lounge?

Yes, with a lounge reservation and with a valid ID anyone over 21 years old can participate in the BYOB lounge which allows beer, wine, and malt drinks only. NO HARD LIQUOR. IDs and drinks are to be checked in at the reception desk upon arrival.


Where do we park?

Our establishment’s building is part of a plaza that has a large parking lot that’s free to the participants.


Is there good food and breweries nearby?

OHHH HELL YES! here are my recommendations..(all within a 5 min walk from our plaza)

Loaded Question - great beer and private patio / Liars Bench - beer and reallyy good pub fare

Street - AMAZING fusion dishes and hot fries (drinks are delicious too), fun atmosphere!

Otto Pizza - a yummy modern pizza restaurant with full service

Botanica - Fancy and delicious French cuisine with gin bar!


HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Go to our home page and click on the menu bar that says GIFT CERTIFICATE . Simply select the appropriate offering, plug in your info (unless you want the redemption code emailed directly to the gift receiver), then continue to make the payment! You may pick up a custom made hard copy in person too though you will be emailed a link to print your own.
